With newer software, it will be easier to find help. There will most likely be community bulletin boards with user provided assistance. Some people will often go as far as making a tutorial for other users of the program.

When making the decision for the web host to go with, consider the pricing. If it is lower than that of many other companies it may be because they do not have phone support. Those that do want this service may have to pay more a month.
